All reservations require a 50% security deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. Please review our cancellation policy at the bottom of this page. The remaining balance, along with the applicable damage deposit, is due 30 days prior to the event.
A $600 damage deposit applies to regular bookings, while casual functions require a $200 damage deposit.

Wedding Package

Includes access to the facilities from 8:00 AM the day before your wedding for setup and decorating, and until 2:00 PM the day after for cleanup.
 

Weekday Wedding Package

Includes access to the facilities from 8:00 AM the day before your wedding for setup and decorating, plus full access on the wedding day until 2:00 AM the following morning.
 

Full Day Rates

Includes access to the facilities from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Setup and cleanup must be completed within these hours.
 

Half Day Rates

Includes access to the facilities for up to 8 hours. Setup and cleanup must be completed within this time frame.
 

Casual Functions

Ideal for smaller gatherings in the morning, afternoon, or evening where no meal is served. Pricing is based on the number of attendees. Casual function bookings are available up to 3 months in advance.
 

All prices include GST.

Our Rates

Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Cancellations made up to 9 months before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a small processing fee. If the cancellation occurs within 9 months of the event, the deposit will only be refunded if the venue is rebooked for the same date(s). For cancellations within 30 days of the event, any rental fee and damage deposit paid will be refunded, excluding the initial 50% deposit.
