All reservations require a 50% security deposit at the time of booking to hold your date.

The balance to be paid 30 days prior to the event along with damage deposit. 
All regular bookings require $500 damage deposit,
Casual Functions require a $200 damage deposit

Wedding Package

Allows access to the facilities from 8am the day before your wedding for setup and decorating and until 2pm the day following the wedding for cleanup. 

The package includes access to our outdoor ceremony area.

Weekday Wedding Package

Allows access to the facilities from 8am the day before your wedding for setup and decorating and the complete day of the wedding (until 2 am the next morning)

The package includes access to our outdoor ceremony area.

Full Day Rates

Allows access to the facilities from 8am to 2am.

Setup and cleanup must be done during these hours.

Half Day Rates

Allow access to the facilities for up to 8 hours. 

Setup and cleanup must be done during these hours.

Casual Functions

This rate is for those evening (or morning or afternoon) get togethers, with no meal being served. 

Prices depend on how many people will be at your function

Function rates cannot be booked more than 3 months in advance.

Our Rates

Cancellation Policy

50% of the rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date. 
If cancelled up to 9 months before your booking your deposit will be fully refunded (minus a small processing fee)
If cancelled within 9 months of your booking your deposit may be fully refunded only if the venue is rebooked for that date(s). 
If cancelled within 30 days of your booking any rental fee and damage deposit paid is refundable, minus the 50% initial deposit
